Trading Division

As multiple activities and investments forms one of its major principles, Amnest Group begun seeking viable opportunities from its trading division.

Trading is considered a peak economy driving tool in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and works as the link point between local and regional plants which serves the consumer or end user. It also is a promising market that grows in parallel to the overall economic development that KSA has been witnessing year after year.

On the other hand, the construction material sector ranks eighth in KSA and is considered as an open market between the public and private sectors as well as individuals despite its inclusion of local or imported products.

This concept has driven Amnest group to establish a number of trading companies which have assumed leadership in providing markets with many important products.

1. Alhadbania Trading Company was established in 1996 to import the best European, American and East Asian products for distribution in local market. The company witnessed vast development in the last few years and now operates with 17 branches across KSA.
2. Contractor Services Company was established in 1990 to provide local and regional markets with fire fighting, safety and security products and solutions. The company also obtained exclusive rights to distribute many certified and high quality American, European and East Asian products.
3. In 2014, Amnest group succeeded in completing the acquisition of a 70% stake in Meshkati Trading Company, which specializes in lighting and the electricity businesses since 1994.
4. Alpha Medical Company specializes in the supply of medical equipment to public and private hospitals. Since 2010, Alpha has been an authorized agency to some of world’s renowned Medical equipment brands from around the world.
